C10 heavy duty springs

My 70 c10 was ordered with heavy duty front and rear springs. What does that do to the stock ratings of payload and tow capacity?

Ironically, my '70 came with the same set up and I was curious too, so I did some research and found this:

No it doesn't. I didnt even know about them until now. They sure seem like a good idea though.
