Need Help On Cargo Light - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

Need To See Pictures Of How To Wire Up The Cargo Light & Inside Light.
The Wires I Have Have 3 Plugs, Only 4 Wires. Need To Know What Plugs Into What.

Cargo light harness is an option, so it taps in at the interior light plug on the floor near the hi/lo beam switch. Without the cargo light, the interior light harness plug, plugs into the socket on the floor. The cargo harness connects by unplugging the interior light plug and plugging the cargo plug in it's place, the cargo harness then has a little pigtail socket that the interior light plugs into.

Did that make sense?
