Removing driver's side front fender

Haven't dug into anything yet but what all will I need to remove to get the front driver side fender off? Wasn't sure if cowl and/or driver door has to be removed also. Thanks

Re: Removing driver's side front fender

You can leave the cowl a door on if you choose to.
On the cab there is 2 bolts at the top and 1 at the bottom.
