OK, if it's a factory rearend and your truck is a 69, then the 4.5" backspace is still going to be to be too deep.

My truck used to have 15x8 wheels all around, but I also have a 72 rearend, which is wider. The standard backspacing for an aftermarket 15x8 is 3.75" which was the backspacing on mine.

I can not stress enough that you will HAVE to get a wheel fitment tool and get the proper measurements for backspacing before ordering or changing anything else.

I am not sure yet but I think I am going to cut the fenders this way I can put a wide wheel on the rear I am putting a 555 cubic inch BBC with over 700hp in my truck I am going to need a big shoe hole the power
