rear hatch
Has anyone tried the 67-72 lift gate actuator kit from brothers. I would think it would fit on my 64.

Re: rear hatch
I am curious to see it that kit will work. I have been slowly investigating the possibility of electro-hydraulic actuators for the lift gate and hatch. Might be too hard, but it would really be cool to be able to open and lower them electrically.

Re: rear hatch
I have designed some brackets to make cheap gas shocks work on our Burbs. I currently have all of the ones I have made up sold and am working on more. Ill try to post a pic of what I have so far....

Re: rear hatch
That 67-72 lift gate actuator looks great! I have emailed the company to see if there are any known reasons why they couldn't be used on an older clam shell door. I hope I can use them.
