Most all insurance companies will total the vehicle. They will say price to repair will exceed the value. What is the value? The value would be what most similar condition pickups are selling for right now. Take an insurance check for around $5500-$6000 and start looking. https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/cto...839580153.html IMO, Ayou can fix it on your own, but you'll have a truck with salvage title and probably much more money into it than $5500.
