Re: Hooker 2455 with column shifted automatic??
Considering the application list is all cars... I'd say no.
But I know some cats run BBC headers designed for Chevelles or Camaros on these trucks that seem to fit okay. Gary

Re: Hooker 2455 with column shifted automatic??
Column shift frame mounted linkage will not clear Chevelle headers. You will have to go with a Lokar or similar linkage kit or a cable shift set up.

Re: Hooker 2455 with column shifted automatic??
As said above, they won't clear the frame mounted stock linkage. I went with the lokar setup and it works great. It makes for a super simple clean setup that honestly operates smoother than the factory stuff did. You may have to figure something out on your trans crossmember too. I had a tubular one that was mounted to the lower frame rail and the headers ran right into it. I ended up chopping it a little and flipping the mount and mounted it off the top frame rail. The headers do fit great, and now the exhaust is all tucked flush with the frame, nothing hanging down.
