I have a pic of a '72 truck on my wall where everything above the body line is white and I like that look. My '67 appears to have the original paint and the windshield posts and door frame are the body color with only the top and drip rails painted white. So I am not sure what was standard during each year.

Here is my 72, with the inside of the door visible. This is completely stock and unaltered, hope this gives you what you need.

<edit> the windshield pillar on the inside is painted body color while the outside is white. Remember, the white is actually an antique white.
