Not sure when they quit making them but I think it was recent...I have been watching them on ebay too. I was happy to get these.

Your welcome! I just scored a set at the Portland swap meet last weekend. Not as nice as that set but it came with 3 1/2 extra clamps. I talked with Northwest River which was a dealer and they said the company has suddenly gone silent and the Quick&Easy web site is there but nonfunctional.
Now you have the rack the hard part will be to find a shorty canoe to fit.
