Only thing I see maybe being a problem is the adjustably of it. But I might be over looking something on that part. Other than that I think it would be great to have.

I don't believe that the SBC power steering brackets fit BBC. I bought a set of factory P.S. brackets off of ebay for something like $35. Search ebay for Big Block chevy power steering and find the item. Email them for a no-bid price and they will be more than happy to help you. Oh, and nothing special about power steering and headers on BBCs cause the mount on the exhaust side is below the headers.

Gary I just got that bracket and it is sweet sets up just like the stock one only attached to the head. Worth every penny.

You adjust it with the stock bracket this only replaces the bracket that is attached to the exhaust manifold. I can take a pic if you like.

Thanks for the pictures. I have a different bracket on my power steering pump. Your bracket has the adjustment slot, mine is a fixed spot with a nut for the bolt. My a/c bracket the has the adjustment slot. I took the a/c compressor off but had to cut the bracket to help support the ps pump. It doesn't look all that great but it serves the purpose. I used threaded rod, nuts, and washers. Forgot to mention I have Hooker comp headers. Thats why I was interested in cleaning up my "fabrications" for the ps.

Here's the way my bracket looks after modifying it to use with headers. I don't think the above bracket will work with this type of stock brackets. As you say, mine has the adjustment slot built into the stock bracket.
