67-72 Chevy/GMC tach cluster restored with 80 lb oil gauge

Here we have a tach cluster put together from various parts I have had accumulating in the shop.

Bezel is new aftermarket for 67 but also works in a 68.
Speedometer is from a 71 and has been checked for noise, needle bounce and accuracy up to 100 MPH. It is a good one with odometer reset to zero.

Tach is also it's own mutt with parts from different tachs. The face has been restored and has minor pitting which is hard to see unless looking for it. The tach has been tested and does seem to work well. I questioned it because it did not test well before I cleaned it up.

Most of the other gauges are 71 gauges and came from a nice core.

It will come with a nice 80 lb oil pressure gauge.

I have installed LED's for illumination.

The circuit board is OE and is nice and functional.

The lens is also OE and has a couple of blemishes. One is near the 5 on the tach portion. I buffed most of it out but there is still a glimpse of it and I don't want to jeopardize the lettering/numbering on the lens to get it completely off.

I am going to ask $450.00 plus shipping for this one. It has been completely tested as it would be wired in your truck. All you need to do is install and enjoy.

Thank you for looking. Remember I can add a volt gauge conversion, swap the 80 lb with a 60 lb if needed and put 168 bulbs in place of LED's.

Also let me know if interested in having your own cluster restored, tach, non tach. I can add volt gauge conversions and clocks as well. I am selling parts (limited to current inventory) as do individual repairs on speedometers, tachs and gauges, etc. Bezel can also be switched so this will work in a 69-72 truck.

Take care,
Tom

Re: 67-72 Chevy/GMC tach cluster restored with 80 lb oil gauge

TTT,

I have had some offers on this elsewhere. I will accept offers on it but looking to get at least $400.00 plus shipping.

Thank you and have a good weekend.

Also will be listing a restored 67/68 style bezel tach cluster with my volt gauge conversion soon.

Please remember I can swap bezels on these clusters to whatever is wanted, 69-72 style, black with chrome or wood grain, etc

Take care,
Tom

Re: 67-72 Chevy/GMC tach cluster restored with 80 lb oil gauge

Tom, would you take $350 shipped with the Volt gauge conversion and a 69-72 bezel? I lost out on this one to Leon in June by 6 minutes that would have been for $350 shipped http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=739143

I am using a AAW harness, so I do need the volt gauge conv right??

I am sorry but I cannot sell the cluster for that price. With a volt gauge conversion added, this particular cluster will be $500.00 plus shipping. Something I normally sell for $650.00. Like I mentioned, it is not a perfect restoration but functions like new. I would also change the bezel to a 69-72 style for the $500.00 price.

The cluster Leon bought did not have a circuit board and a questionable tach if I remember correctly.

It depends on which harness you have from AAW but yes there is one that does not support the stock amp gauge.

Thank you for the interest,
Tom

I will think about it. The cluster Leon got you offered to add a new tach and circuit to it for $175 extra. But I forgot that was for repro stuff. My bad. The Aaw harness is the factory replacement style.

Re: 67-72 Chevy/GMC tach cluster restored with 80 lb oil gauge

TTT

I have sold the 80 lb gauge from this cluster and installed a very nice 60 lb gauge (tested for function and accuracy. I do have an 80 lb gauge that needs face restoration if someone needs an 80 lb gauge with this cluster. I can also add a clock to it for an additional charge.

I have a dozen 69-72 black/chrome bezels on the way if it needs to be swapped to that style.

Price is $400.00 shipped within the CON US.

It is ready to ship as is or wait until new bezels arrive.

Thank you for looking,
Tom

I'd do the 400 shipped with a 72 bezel. Do you have wiring pigtails by chance? My burb arrived with dash apart and 3 gauges no bezel hanging wires. Matt

Hi Matt,

I will send you a PM with payment information. Yes I should have a pigtail to throw in with it.

Thank you very much,
Tom

DO you have any 80 lb. oil gauges that you will sell separately? I am looking for a nice 80 lb. gauge shipped to 27406.

Thanks... Steve
