I just bought a new glovebox insert and don't want to screw it up.....any hot tips?

I just take's a little finess don't be in a hurry with it...Make's it real easy if you remove part of the heater box on the firewall inside the cab..

when i did mine (ac) i had to reroute a few of the defrost hoses to get mine in.But like they say,go easy and slow and it will go.....it looks like it wont,but it will :p

That's what I was thinking. Kinda angle it in from the top and get it in place and then work the bottom into place... or just work the whole thing in a little at a time?

May want to put some of the sealant/caulk or matal duct tape on the outside seams before you install it. Will not show put will keep the water out if you ever get a leak around the windshield or antenna hole. Did not do mine and about a week later got some water in mine due to the way the seam was made on the new one.

It was actually pretty easy since it's a non-a/c model. After I got the glove box door off it just slipped right in. I did have to trim around the latch a little bit to get it to close but a utility knife made short work of that.
