Pitman arm
I am converting my 67 K10 over to power steering. I still have my 67 closed knuckle axle. Does anybody make, or have a pitman arm that will work? Skyjacker is for an open knuckle. Thanks John

Re: Pitman arm
Not sure about the application issue or why it wouldn't work. I have a 70 K10 open knuckle with PS and 2-1/2" skyjacker lift. I'm swapping out my stock pitman arm with one made for the lift. I still have the original pitman arm if your interested or want pictures. I know it's open knuckle but I have no idea what the difference would be in the pitman arm. Maybe you should post this in the classified as WTB.

Re: Pitman arm
After researching more, I found that there was a one year only steering arm required 1969. I think will just upgrade to a newer axle.

Re: Pitman arm
stock pitman arm on 4x4 box works fine with no lift. The steering arm on a closed knuckle has to be shortened and a new drag link made.
