Another quest for my 67 3/4 ton 4x4. I am looking for a set of hubcabs for the 67 CST I am restoring. I have plenty of 3/4 ton split rims that are nub style and clip style but I believe the clip style is correct? Anyone with the period correct set? Thanks Russ

Yes, clip style. There's no period to it. The correct style was only made 67/68 and the are year specific as far as detail paint in the chrome. Same difference in the painted, but '67 is white and '68 is argent. The difference is the ring of paint on '67 is black and the '68s are red.

The 67 & 68 4x4's came without hubcaps I believe.
You can find caps for 3/4 Ton nub style, chrome or painted, but none with open centers for front on 4x4.

This is true. You'll have to cut holes in the front. I've done that before. I don't believe the a 69-72 got hubcaps either if they weren't chrome. I have made fronts for those, too.

Thanks Guys, not sure what direction would be best. I have both style split rims so I need to decide an leaving plan or getting a set of modified caps for one set or another. Guess I am still on a quest of what is out there. Thanks Russ
