NOS GM Stepside Fender

Nos GM stepside driver side rear fender with spare tire pocket. There is a storage ding right in the middle of the one picture that I can't get to show up very good in the pictures and there is a small place of surface rust in the bottom front corner of the spare tire pocket as shown in the picture. Not sure how to go about shipping something like this so if someone is interested and needs it shipped we'll just have to figure it out together. Asking $400 Cheaper than a Chinese repop
