Anybody ever change a broken speedometer needle in 1968 Chevy C10
The speedometer needle in my 1968 Chevy C10 is broken. Is it possible to just change the needle and how difficult is it to remove the gauge and get to the needle?

It isn't very difficult. Figure an hour to pull the guages and and hour to tear them down if you haven't done it before. There are plenty of how to threads if you do a search. I however haven't tried to replace the needle. If you can't find any info on replacement of the needle then drop a PM to TBone1964 (I think thats right)
I did replace one in my 51 GMC. Made a new one out of Balsam wood 30 years ago and its still going strong.
