Re: Grizz's Redneck Express 1966 Chevy Short Fleetside RESTO-GO!
Its a neat truck for sure Bill.
A very good internet friend and mentor on Garage Journal in Australia recently lost the fight against cancer. He had inspired many around the world and will be missed a lot. Various mementos have been generated in Steve “1/2 Cup” Church’s memory. One of his things was to get Quality Shed Time in. Thank you Gazza in Australia for the QST stickers. @CraigRK obviously snagged one and Dennis Jones gets one too. Once I have decided on the right place, which may be inside my house (I live there and pay the mortgage) I will show its place of honour. Trusting Steve will approve. Continuing on the 54 Bel Air theme @CraigRK and I have spent hours talking about it and all the potential permutations of buying it. Including the cost of modifications and service parts and upgrades. Not cheap by any means but it will mean a decent safe car if it gets bought. More later.
