The first thing I would do is remove that whole cobbled mess with the u-bolts and shims.Then weld on some new trailing arm mounts in the correct location for your trailing arms. Then you can change the springs and add your drop blocks. The springs and blocks for a '62 are no different than for a '65. You will want the dropped panhard bar assembly for a '60-'62.
