if it is the 205 for sure then i have played with a lot of them and built a lot .
grab some good light oil and lube the shift rails were they go in the case . grease the shifter bolt if it has a fitting . make sure the locking hubs are unlocked as this can sometimes bind them up . these 205 cases like lube and shift a bit funky or bind up when dry in the above said points . dont forget 4low in or out the trans needs to be in neutral and truck stopped .
