Awesome! That's great to hear. Which set would you need for the '76?

Re: Dapper Lighting - Projector Headlights

So, similar or improved light output vs. relays & factory lights?

Building a small, high rpm engine with the perfect bore, stroke and rod ratio is very impressive.
It's like a highly skilled Morrocan sword fighter with a Damascus Steel Scimitar.....

Cubic inches is like Indiana Jones with a cheap pistol.

Definitely improved output an way less power draw. Each headlight draws about 1.2A vs 5-6A

Do you guys still recommend adding a relay harness for these or do they work pretty good with just the factory wiring? The pictures in your other thread looked killer, just wasn't sure if that was with upgraded wiring or just the factory stuff...

If you decide to stick with the LED's, then it's not necessary to get the relay harness. It may be a good idea to refresh the plug itself, but many of our customers are able to just plug it straight in to their stock plugs with no issues.

You can always take a volt meter and see what your stock plug is putting out. That'll tell you whether to get a relay harness or not.

looking at the classic v2. same lights in my '49. But I'm not sure I have the depth before I get into the battery trays which are behind each light.

Ah gotcha. If you can snag a measurement from the tabs back we can narrow down which ones would probably work. We also have a few cool tricks if it's less than 1/2" off.

I was just going to order them and pray they fit lol, but I'll try this. Thanks

I really want to run them. They transformed my '49, and I already had E46 projectors in a retrofit before.
