Need pics of lowered Stepsides
hey guys...

My 78 stepside has a 4/6 drop. 2 inch bellteck spindles, coils with a notched frame in the rear . I run 15x8 ralley wheels with 3/4 inch wheel spacers. I recommend going to the 17" wheels. This avoid rubbing problems. My truck rubs on sharp turns. Some people may not have a problem with rubbing but I sure do(maybe Iam only hearing things, some will say or they claim I dont know what iam talking about.) Grinding of the lower a-arm lip was required for me. Also for the front wheels moving all inside wheel weights to a flat kind that sits on the inside of the wheel. Shorting the driveline 1" was also required for me. the driveline was jambing into the tranny and very hard to get in and out. With all the trouble it was worth the effort.
