Spring Spacer??

I posted this in the suspension forum, but this one gets more traffic.
I need to lift the front of my truck about 1 inch. what do ya'll reccomend for this. i would rather not buy new springs but i don't want it to hurt the ride quality. Any suggestions?? Thanks
