Re: LED Turn and Tail
For the front, I haven't done anything with the turn signal lamps yet, but when I switched my '62 from a two large headlight setup to the modified '61 grille with four headlight setup, I just used HID bulbs that fit in the stock sockets. To convert to the four headlight setup, I pulled the relays from a donor vehicle and mimicked its wiring from the headlight switch and high beam switch when putting it in my truck. By using the relays, you avoid running too much electrical power through your headlight switch in the dash.

Re: LED Turn and Tail
As far as Function goes they are great. BRIGHT, LONG LASTING.....But I don't like them just because they don't look right...I would use them If they didn't look like 50 little lights
Maybe just use One LED...that might look better

Re: LED Turn and Tail
Yeah, I'm leaning towards just an LED bulb that fits in the stock socket.

Re: LED Turn and Tail
I have led bulbs in ft & bk in mine, and much brighter than a reg 1157 bulb, and look pretty much stock. Also there are many different led bulbs out there.

Re: LED Turn and Tail
Not off hand, can take one out if you really need it. Mine look just like these on e-bay. Don't know why they are calling them back-up? There are different colors also. mine are white like the above.
