choke question
Can some one explain electric choke adjustment? I know you loosen the housing screws and turn it.
I just dont know exactly what turning it each way will do and how to get it set good? I just installed it and it is currently pointing to the middle I think. Thanks

Check out the Haynes Repair Manual for 67-87 Chevrolet & GMC Pick-ups. It covers a bunch of different carbs that came on these trucks and how to adjust the choke on all of them. Understanding the directions, well, that's a whole 'nother ballgame... I'm struggling with a choke problem myself so that's about all I can offer right now.  Good luck. |
