I am attaching pictures of my 16 inch split rim wheels. The wheels are off of a 1966 custom camper. From my initial inspection of the 5 wheels with the truck, I believe these to be original to the truck, and have original finishes. Would be interested in comments.

The lock rings are silver, and stamped:
GYP60161S (MAKERS STAMP) 66 (SIDEWAYS) 6K

The wheels are painted Saddle body color. Looking at the wheels with out tires, looks like the wheels painted black first, then shot body color only on the front face.
So far the only stamps on the wheel I have found is KELSEY HAYES USA by the valve stem hole.
