Shoulder belt ID, not factory right?

Looking at a 69 3/4 with not much redeeming value for the price, but the truck does have shoulder belts that are the right color for my 72 GMC. Just hoping any of you could identify them, they sure don’t look factory to me and the doors are so rusted shut I couldn’t get to the SPID to tell for certain.

Looks to be in the correct place. Same spot my shoulder belts attach, though it doesn't specify them on my SPID. Maybe they come with the CST package? The holes have nuts welded on and caps on them if no shoulder harness was ordered, IIRC. It had shoulder harness when new, in any event.

Correct mounting spot, yes, but that's also where aftermarket belts attach. And the weave of the belt material is different than my '72's factory belts. Maybe they looked like that on '69 trucks? My guess is they are aftermarket add-ons. Might be helpful too if you could see the buckles.

That was my assumption as well that they're aftermarket just based on the pattern. I'll try and get into the truck but I'll probably have to buy it before I can spend that much time freeing the door! Thanks for the input

Those are not factory. Metal attachment on factory is a different shape, smaller and flat.

I agree with Randy. The picture below shows some 1972 belts. The parts in the middle are parts that that fasten to the B pillar.

They appear to be from a mid sixties GM car
