I am looking for the front deluxe, or plain white, hubcaps for my 66 4x4 1/2 ton. I have a nice pair of rear caps to throw in as partial trade. Thanks in advance.

No such thing , 1963 was the last year for 4x4 hubcaps. Only thing you can do is hole saw a set of regular caps to fit.
