72 c10 door hinge parts needed help

Who sells the friction parts for holding the doors Open . I,ve got the bushing and pin kits but when i open the doors theres nothing to hold them open. I dont know what there even called............

They are door hinge friction pads. I have also heard them called door hinge stops. They were available from places like Brothers, Classic Heartbeat, Classic parts, Classic Industries etc. I don't see them listed anymore, maybe I am missing something. Maybe try calling some of those places, they might not be made anymore but someone might still have a few sets on hand. Or post a WTB ad in the parts forum.

I used the ones from classic parts last week, you have to assemble the plastic into the metal piece, pretty easy, they are plastic instead of the original brake pad type material. I rebuilt the hinges for a member here so i dont know how well they work on the vehicle but i did clamp the hinge in a vice and move it through the stop using a crescent wrench, the friction provided is substantial but i dont think it was too much.
I ordered another set for myself so i feel they are adequate at least, if i get them installed anytime soon i will let you know how they work.
