Re: V8 tach dash with clock
Trey, the 8k tach/clock dash would cost you $550 shipped and you will have to change your wiring harness out to make it work correctly! LMK, thanks for your interest Les

Re: V8 tach dash with clock
I can say one thing-----the tach dash I bought is sweet. Works perfect and looks awesome.
I had an idiot light dash and rewired it in an afternoon with the instructions on GMC Paul's website.

Re: V8 tach dash with clock
Also, a note to anybody swapping in gauges. If your temp gauge stays pegged hot, add a ground wire to the back of the gauge and connect to the body. Took me 2 weeks of searching to find that solution.

Re: V8 tach dash with clock
Out of curiosity, where did you buy your clocks?

Re: V8 tach dash with clock
Very nice work.
Have you looked into an electronic speedometer retrofit that uses the stock truck gauge face? A little less money than an external speedo Cable-X like drive box when using an electronic trans without a mechanical cable speedo output. Re-screen gauge face for 120-mph and stencil lens numbering to match or re-calibrate electronic speedo to read right for the 100 mph markings on our stock speedo.
