What did you get done 9/22/19 edition

I have been making such progress on the 76 and I decided to go out and work on the 79,, a truck that sat here the better part of three years and does nothing but collect dirt and is used as a storage shed.. the bed was just a tad rotted so I found a better replacement bed and removed the old bed and installed the new one at least laid it on the frame How about you all??

I have a lot of trucks and cars here.
Usually once a month,I try to start and run them at least 30 minutes.
I made it thru 3 just fine, then spent over an hour on one!Not getting gas!My 82,C-30 car hauler.New dual tanks and switching valve.
Took the rest of the hour to find it was out of gas!
It's going now!
Way it goes sometimes.
Mike.

Drove mine to Summit Racing F-body carshow in McDonough GA. Over an hour running 70-80 mph. Temp 205 steady. Oil press 45-50 fluctuated with throttle. Volts 13.5 steady. A/C blew cold the whole time. Even put it on Bi-level for a while as my face got too cold. Cruise Control worked flawlessly. Really enjoyed the trip.

This LS motor is soooooo boosting my confidence level in this truck.
