Dome Light

My 67 Dome Light stopped working so I pulled the plastic cover off wit hte intention of replacing the bulb. When I got the cover off there was just an empty hole. I am assuming the light fell down into the wall.

what is the best way to fish it back up with out damaging anything?

Does the wiring come from the Drivers side?

Re: Dome Light

Was it just the bulb or was it with wiring socket? The wiring on my 70 came up the drivers side. I would take the fixture out then use a wire with a hook in it, then stick it in the opening and fish it back towards the opening...

Re: Dome Light

Yes, the wire comes in from the drivers side, you can probably feel the wire if you reach behind the seat next to the tank.
