So with spacers you get increased deposition of road debris and grime along the body? How are these an improvement?

It's an improvement because these trucks look like crap going down the road with the front track being 4 inches wider. Road debris and grime is more of a problem with the front wheels anyway. Debris on the rear is a mute point.
