8' and 9' stepside bed questions
Okay, do the 8 and 9' beds use the same rear fenders and is there anywhere that sells the steps? I believe the steps in front of the fenders are longer on the 9' bed. Looking at buy my old 63 K20 back and it will need those parts as it is a 9' bed.. Also will need a tailgate to find. Hopefully if I buy it I can find an original tailgate and not have to buy aftermarket.

Re: 8' and 9' stepside bed questions
Yes all step side fenders are same, 55.5-66 and no those are not made.
I have seen someone take two sets of regular steps and make the longer

Re: 8' and 9' stepside bed questions
8 Foot bed steps are common and easy to find.
9 Foot bed steps are rare. They are out there but usually not so good. They are so long it is really hard to find a nice pair. Good luck in your seach. |
