You should be able to get the two of them apart, soaking them a few times a day with PB blaster and trying to wiggle them a little will help. If they start to wiggle they will usually come out. If push comes to shove you can always try and cut them apart, then drill them out and/or take them to a machine shop, they should be able to remove them for you.
