Polishing Ball

Have any of you ever used this?
Thinking of using it to polish my rims?

Filtz Ball

I've never used one of the polishing balls, but I have used Flitz paste. It works great on everything from fiberglass to guns.

I seen that thing on TV last night. Looks pretty cool. Although for $5 you can get a Polishing Bonnet from HomeDepot or Lowe's to fit on your drill. I got it and it works like a champ. (Although I'm using Wenol instead of Flitz)

Do you use that on your wheels? Is it easy to get into the rims and stuff? Thought that ball would be easier to use but will try the polishing bonnet for 5.00.

Thanks

It's a little tricky to get into my wheels, when they're on the CAR. I just take them off to do it better. No Biggie, for $5 for the "kit" then, when I need a new bonnet, it's only $2. Works for me!

Hey tim when you polish your rims with wenol. Do you apply it with a rag and then use the wheel to buff it out. Or do you apply it with the wheel and buff it also?

Mine are pretty bad off looking for the best and easiest way to add some shine to them.
