What Screws for Cowl Panel

Putting my cowl panel back on and cannot locate the screws that held it down.
Can someone give me an idea what size I need to purchase? Were these stainless? Thanks
My truck is a '69 SWB

Those that show are stainless or chrome plate. Those that secure the weatherstrip are a black oxide. They are both about 1/2" long. Not sure of diameter but may be #8. Here's a picture showing placement.

Also, if I remember correctly (I'm not near the truck today), the black screws have a captured washer.

That they do. The washers are narrow too, kind of a design flaw considering the size of the slots in the panel. They probably figured they're not going anywhere anyhow.
