That’s with the 114” belt recommended by Kwik and the tensioner is almost fully relaxed. The next smaller belt is a 113” and I can’t get it installed even with the tensioner fully compressed.

What is the diameter of that pully? I have a box of idlers and maybe a tensioner or two left over from my projects. I may have a smaller one for you?
