I've used the 70-81 'Camaro' steering wheels in 67-72's w/no issues. You just need the horn parts & everything should work fine. I've used these wheels in my 68's, my 74, & have one in my 89 dually now.
I recently got a stock/correct steering wheel for the dually so the 'Camaro' wheel will now move on to another vehicle (a 78).
