Mysterious bracket at the junkyard
Seen this on a 87 swb R10 at the local pick&pul. It's the only squarebody in the entire yard. I have never seen this on any squarebody that I've worked on. I think it may be for the spare tire glide out? Can anyone confirm this?

You are correct. It is the bracket that the slide away spare carrier hooks to.
