I have done a few 85-87 grilles. Just clean them really well and let it fully dry. Then just spray it whatever color. Argent Silver is the correct color, just not 100% positive on the 1980 Grille. And yes, they are reproducing the bow tie. There maybe other places, just do a Google search. This is the 1st place that popped up
