Looking for Engine and Transfer case rubber mounts
I’m trying to find a source for good quality oem style rubber mounts. I purchased a nice set of the Blazer rubber body mount kit that Wes sells and would like to complete the replacement of mounts.
My rig has a sb350, sm465 and np205. I can find lots of ploy mount sets but want to go with oem style rubber. Anyone else running replacement rubber mounts? Let me know if you have a source or suggestion for me to research. Thanks! Last edited by PDXk5; 07-30-2019 at 02:45 AM. |

Re: Rubber Engine, Transmission and Transfer case mounts
Have you asked Wes? He works on trucks and he might have some ideas.

Re: Rubber Engine, Transmission and Transfer case mounts
Wherever you go to purchase the mounts take look at the mount before purchasing. The photo below shows two different styles. The one on the right failed in six months under my generic 350 daily driver Burban. The one on the left replaced it. Definitely beefier. The one on the right just pulled in two. (Second photo)
This thread may help installation if you have the low mount power steering pump. http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...d.php?t=773824

Re: Rubber Engine, Transmission and Transfer case mounts
Did you ever find rubber mounts? I think I can find the transmission mounts in rubber but no luck on the transfer case mounts. Thanks!
