Got an email from Sky at GMC Pauls, They don't have the Original boot for my truck but they were very helpful, Still looking.

Yours if not original to your truck. You can clearly see the rough cut some past owner did to open the round hole bigger and square.

Take a look at the Speedway motors site. They had several square and rectangular Lokar boots shown.
