A guy I met informed me that he bought one and it was trash. He said that part of the faceplate had fallen off just during the shipping process. Then, he said that it quit working after only approx 4 mos. He had also said that Kenwood makes one for our trucks and that would be the one he recommended. I don't know if any of this is true, it's just what I heard and I thought I would warn you in the off-chance that it's true.

Kenwood use to make them but I haven't seen one for some time now. The last one I saw was the AM/FM/Cass. They had one with CD control but that one seems to have gone away since those USA units hit the market. I think the USA one's were Kenwoods at the begining.

Have you heard anything about their reputation? I have been looking at getting one too. (I'm not trying to take over your post hutch949)

Check with ****************. He is on the home page. I know that he had them awhile back, when I was looking, just can't remember the price, but it was better than anything else at the time.
