Trailing Arms

I have pulled every body part off of my truck and have gotten down to the chasis. The trailing arms have some cracks at the very end. Is this normal or should they be replaced?

I'm still in the stages of designing some custom ones.

Maybe some day I'll be able to sell you some 6061-T6 aluminum or Chromoly ones?

Well a guy can wish, can't he?!?

At the very end, right behind the rear end, there is gaps where they folded the C channel to give the end a little more strength. Where the top meets the short back edge of the trailing arm. If this is the part your talking about I don't think its a crack but just two sides folded together that weren't welded.
