Converting to Short Waterpump

What parts would I need to convert my long waterpump setup to a short waterpump setup? Other than a short waterpump

Thanks

I switched from long to short last year. In addition to 1972C10's list I also found that the type of brackets depend on if your heads have accessory bolt holes for those brackets. Mine did not have the holes so I went with the Alan Grove Components bracket made just for this problem. It was expensive for one bracket, but it has worked great, and I didn't really have any other option. Here's some pic's from their site:

Jason, Those seem pretty nice. How's the finish on them? The site doesn't show very well. are they aluminum, Polished, etc.???

Ron,

They come with no finish at all. I'm going to paint mine when I put headers on. A couple of people suggested that I need to do it right away because they will rust... but no sign of that yet.

Most Heads have the bolt holes in the front So you will more than likley not need the fancy brackets like 75chevylongbed suggested

It wasn't a suggestion to use these brackets... I was simply warning Skokie of a problem I ran into. I realize that the heads on my motor are in the minority, but I wish I would have known what to look for when I went through this, it would have saved me a lot of time and money trying to get the other brackets to work.
