I don't know if there is a difference but I bought Mar-k and the fit and finish is very nice. Classic parts may carry mar-k moulding kit but you won't know till you get it.

Is that the current full price for the Mar-K ? They have a coupon right now that will give you 20% off over $1000 (jingle20) if you could get a bolt kit, tailgate trim or something extra. I have also found it is a good idea to call them and order, because their online shipping calculator leave something to be desired. A friend of mine had some of both and the Mar-K is clearly superior and worth the money to me.

I used Classic parts and it is Counterpart brand. I think it looks good, fits well. The overlap at the rear wheel well isn’t the best, but other than that I’m ok with it.

Re: 67-68 side molding comparison ?

Glad you asked. I've been waiting for a chance to brag on the quality of Mar-K moldings! Can't say enough about how top quality their moldings are!
I did purchase side molding that were Counterpart brand for around $600.The quality was just not there. They would bend if you looked at them wrong, finish was dull and the fasteners and clips , you just get a big bag of random hardware that were of poor quality.
I decided to give Mar-K a look and returned the counterpart ones and ordered the Mar-K. The quality difference is night and day! Price is about double though but to me it was worth it.
Packaging is excellent. Moldings come in a well padded wood lined box too nice to throw away. The hardware is individually packaged and marked as to where they go. Highly recommend you check them out if you want top quality.
