If they have never done automotive sheet metal you may end up with warped panels. I would certainly ask. I know the work they normally do is pretty delicate but I would talk to them and explain that the the larger areas of sheet metal warp pretty easily. Frames, front and rear axles, etc. would be no problem though.

After a bunch of searching I ended up having my frame sandblasted and used STEELIT. I watched a bunch of YouTube videos on how well it did with rust prevention and it’s durability. One guy even left it in saltwater (he went to the beach and took some water &#128514 and left a piece in a tub with the water for I believe 3 months. Zero rust. But the main reason I didn’t paint or powder is I knew I was going to be changing my mind a bunch and welding on the frame. So this stuff can be welded right over it with no prep. I know a guy that Offroad races (Baja, score, MDR) and he basically gave me the thumbs up on it. Im pretty hopeful that it’ll hold up, has anyone here used it?
