Use the manage attachments when you post to upload the picture. You need to have the pictures on the web somewhere to use the image tags

From the link it looks like the pic is on your hard drive. Use the link format when the picture is on the web. For local drive try it using the manage Attachments button in the Additional Options section. "Browse" find pic select "open" then "upload", "close window" then "submit reply".

Just use bbcode. I'm going to put spaces in the brackets so you can see the code but it looks like this

The command you used would have work if it were linking to pictures on the web but you linked it to your PC

When you go to the post a new reply page there is a part that says Manage attachments. You click browse a pic which pic you want then click upload, that will take the pics from your PC and upload them to this site. You may have to resize the pics smaller to be able to upload them.
