Going to a larger radiator....maybe
I am replacing my stock radiator which is the 29x19 core and was wondering if I went to one that was a 29x21 what would be required to install it....make it fit? Thanks

i dont know the sizes but i assume you mean a 3core to a 4 core.... i just did this swap, you need the 4 (2 upper and 2 lower) insulators, and the mounting plate for the top. you will need a fan shroud if you plan on running one, the 3 core one wont work.

The cores are still the same but I was told it was 2 inches taller than mine. Then I looked at lmc's catalog and they do not list one that is 21 inches tall....so maybe he measured it wrong.

he may have been mistaken, you can get a 4 core from autozone for like $150. the insulators are like $4.00 each, and then the upper mounting plate... its really not a bad deal, and too easy to put in.
