WA WTB Bare Bones 68 project

So to start off the new years my Nieces husband asked me if I had in my stash a 68 Chevy project. Had to let him down. Sorry I sold all of my 67-72 projects, and all of my 67-68 parts. But I do have a bunch of hammered box sides you could probably make one good one out of. Since he wants to cut down to a short box I think I have that covered for him. Its going to be a project for him and his 13 year old son.

What he needs is a complete cab sitting on a chassis (doesn't matter if 1/2 or 3/4). No engine or trans. He will need the front clip.

Anyone localish have something they are sitting on they are tired of looking at?

Edit: Forgot to add .. two wheel drive only.

If you were closer I could fix you up with a super clean 68 frame with new 5 lug disc brake setup and all the sheet metal

That's how it always seems to work haha. Thanks for thinking of us though.

We've been sorta poking around locally and most are further along than he needs, and the price skyrockets at that point. He has no problem with rust work, but would like to avoid rust in the roof if possible. He's got a few years before his boy will have his license.
